- The walls of the houses up to 32 m2 are made with timbers in thickness of 4.5 cm and of the houses larger than 32 m2 with timbers in thickness of 6 cm, engaged on top of another by means of a double dovetail system without using nails, screws, etc. Since the corner engagements are made by dovetail, the building is resistant to all shocks and earthquake.
- Timber in thickness above 3 cm gains a good heat insulating property. The timber in thickness of 4.5 and 6 cm for the walls is an ideal heat insulator.
- We are building the house on the foundation concrete prepared by the customer in accordance with the design provided by us. The cost of transportation and erection of the construction materials is included in the price. On completion of the construction, we deliver the house with glazing and door locks and arms fitted in closed condition.
- Apart from the standard models given in our price list and brochure, we are also building customs-made houses and structures in accordance with the designs provided by the customers.
- We are also carrying out turn-key projects for group of houses in far regions and for individual houses in near regions. In turn-key projects, the cost of foundation, foundation planking, electricity installation, varnishing, roof tiles and similar materials and the labor cost of such works are added to the standard price.
- In all products, we are using first class pine timber dried in oven. We are importing the timbers from Siberia, Russia. We recommend an import varnish for the external surfaces. The varnish is applied in three coats with one day apart between the coats. The varnish ensures protection against sun rays, atmospheric impacts and pests, which makes your house usable in all seasons in all weather conditions.
- The delivery of the construction materials takes 7 to 45 days, depending on the size of the house and our work load, from the date of your firm order. Erection of the house takes 1 day for the house up to 32 m2, 2 days for the house between 39 m2 and 100 m2 and 4 to 5 days for the house between 100 m2 and 300 m2, after the preparation of the foundation.
- Our wooden structures can be moved to another place without dismantling and damage.
- The houses and structures we have built many years ago are still in good condition and as new as in the first day without any alteration, except for minor façade maintenance only. Our quality production and affordable prices make the difference.
